Amgen (AMGN) Tops Q1 EPS by 15c, Offers FY Guidance

Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) reported Q1 EPS of $3.15, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $3.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.61 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Amgen sees FY2017 EPS of $12.00-$12.60, versus the consensus of $12.33. Amgen sees FY2017 revenue of $22.3-23.1 billion, versus the consensus of $23 billion.
