Northern Trust (NTRS) Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend; 1.7% Yield

Northern Trust (NASDAQ: NTRS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.

Northern Trust Corporation also declared cash dividends of $365.625 per share of its Series C non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock (resulting in a distribution of $0.365625 per depositary share), payable on July 1, 2017, to holders of record at 5:00 p.m. Chicago time on June 15, 2017.
