German American Bancorp (GABC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.13; 1.6% Yield

German American Bancorp (NASDAQ: GABC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 8, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
