Delta Air Lines (DAL) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c

Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.77, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.15 billion, versus $9.14 billion reported last year.

For the June quarter, Delta is expecting its margins to expand relative to prior year, as the improvement in unit revenues offsets higher costs.
