Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $.52; 6.4% Yield

Hospitality Properties Trust (NASDAQ: HPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $.51.

The dividend will be payable on May 18, 2017, to stockholders of record on April 21, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of April 19, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
