JPMorgan upgraded Sanofi-Aventis (NYSE: SNY) from Underweight to Neutral.
Analyst Richard Vosser sees roughly 3 percent upside to the stock and tells clients he does not believe the stock warrants a significant discount to sector. He says the pressure to diabetes business appears to be reflected in the consensus estimates, he forecasts business EPS CAGR of 7 percent from 2017 to 2020 and notes his teams EPS forecasts for EPS are somewhere between 1 and 4 percent above the consensus. Finally, he notes that Dupixent launch may likely be slower than expected according to morning research note.
