TJX Cos. (NYSE: TJX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 annualized. This is a 20.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
