Nike (NKE) Tops Q3 EPS by 15c, Sales Miss

Nike (NYSE: NKE) reported Q3 EPS of $0.68, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.47 billion.

  • Revenues up 5 percent to $8.4 billion; 7 percent growth on a currency-neutral basis*
  • Diluted earnings per share up 24 percent to $0.68
  • Inventories up 7 percent as of February 28, 2017
