W. P. Carey (WPC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 0.5% to $0.995; 6.5% Yield

W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.995 per share, or $3.98 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.99.

The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
