Washington Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ: WASH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.37.

The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on April 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
