Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 19, 2017, to stockholders of record on April 5, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of April 3, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.

The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on April 17, 2017, to holders of record on March 30, 2017.
