General Dynamics (GD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.5% to $0.84; Approves 10M Share Buyback

General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.84 per share, or $3.36 annualized. This is a 10.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.76.
The dividend will be payable on May 5, 2017, to stockholders of record on April 7, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of April 5, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
The board also provided management with the authority to repurchase an additional 10 million shares of the company's issued and outstanding common stock on the open market.
