Forest City Realty Trust (NYSE: FCE-A) (NYSE: FCE-B) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 9, 2017.
