Xerox Corp. (XRX) Declares $0.0625 Quarterly Dividend; 3.3% Yield

Xerox Corp. (NYSE: XRX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share, or $0.25 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 28, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.

The board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $20 per share on Xerox Series B Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2017
