Prologis (PLD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.8% to $0.44; 3.5% Yield

Prologis (NYSE: PLD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
