Southwest Georgia Financial (NYSE: SGB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 6, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 2, 2017.
