Corelogic (NYSE: CLGX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.56, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $475 million versus the consensus estimate of $460.35 million.

Guidance:

Sees FY 2017 Adj. EPS $2.15-2.40 versus consensus of $2.39.

Expects mortgage origination unit volumes to decline in 2017 by about 20-25% from 2016 levels.
