Evans Bancorp (EVBN) Raises Semi-Annual Dividend 5.3% to $0.40; 2% Yield

Evans Bancorp (NYSE: EVBN) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.40 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 10, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
