Valmont Industries (NYSE: VMI) reported Q4 EPS of $1.61, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $674.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $630.67 million.

GUIDANCE:

Valmont Industries sees FY2017 EPS of $6.42, versus the consensus of $6.90.

• For 2017, revenue should grow around 5% without acquisitions.
