Perrigo (NYSE: PRGO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 10.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.145.

The dividend will be payable on March 21, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 1, 2017.
