QTS Realty Trust (QTS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.39; 3.1% Yield

QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, or $1.56 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.36.

The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
