Medical Properties Trust (MPW) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.3% to $0.24; 7.2% Yield

Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
