South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2725 per share, or $1.09 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 17, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 15, 2017.
