Vulcan Materials (NYSE: VMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.
The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 24, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of February 22, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
