Penske Automotive Group (PAG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.4% to $0.30; 2.3% Yield

Penske Automotive Group (NYSE: PAG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.29.
The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 20, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
Commenting on the dividend, Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "Based on the strength of the company's financial performance in the fourth quarter of 2016, the Board of Directors is pleased to offer an increase in the quarterly dividend, representing the 23rd consecutive quarterly increase for PAG's shareholders."
