MAXIMUS (MMS) Tops Q1 EPS by 8c, Trims FY Revenue Guidance

MAXIMUS (NYSE: MMS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.71, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $607.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $599.98 million.
GUIDANCE:
MAXIMUS sees Q2 2017 revenue of $2.425-2.475 billion, versus the consensus of $2.51 billion.
- The Company is reiterating its earnings guidance and continues to expect GAAP diluted earnings per share to range between $2.90 and $3.10 for fiscal 2017
