Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) reported Q4 AFFO of $0.88, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $234.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $195.14 million.
GUIDANCE:
Omega Healthcare Investors sees FY2017 FFO of $3.40-$3.44, versus the consensus of $3.46.
