Community Healthcare Trust (NYSE: CHCT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3875 per share, or $1.55 annualized. This is a 0.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.385.

The dividend will be payable on March 3, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2017.
