American Capital Agency (AGNC) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c

American Capital Agency (NASDAQ: AGNC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.64, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59.

Announces separate agreements with Cantor Fitzgerald and Wells Fargo to offer up to $750 million in common stock. Proceeds to be used to finance acquisition of agency securities.
