Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) reported Q4 AFFO of $0.79, $0.39 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40, may not compare, says revenue growth to continue to weaken in 2017

GUIDANCE:

Equity Residential sees Q1 2017 AFFO of $0.68-$0.72, versus the consensus of $0.76.

FY 2017 AFFO $3.05-$3.15 versus the estimate of $3.17
