General Growth Properties (GGP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.8% to $0.22; 3.7% Yield

General Growth Properties (NYSE: GGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 15.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.19.

The dividend will be payable on April 28, 2017, to stockholders of record on April 13, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of April 11, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
