First South Bancorp (NASDAQ: FSBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.035 per share, or $0.14 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.030.
The dividend will be payable on February 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of February 3, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
