Proofpoint (PFPT) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, Offers Q1 & FY Guidance

Proofpoint (NASDAQ: PFPT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.18, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.81 million.

GUIDANCE:

Proofpoint sees Q1 2017 EPS of $0.07-$0.09, versus the consensus of $0.05. Proofpoint sees Q1 2017 revenue of $109-111 million, versus the consensus of $106.7 million.

Proofpoint sees FY2017 EPS of $0.49-$0.52, versus the consensus of $0.48. Proofpoint sees FY2017 revenue of $488-492 million, versus the consensus of $484.4 million.
