Landmark Infrastructure Partners (NASDAQ: LMRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3375.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 6, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2017.
