Spark Energy (SPKE) Declares $0.3625 Quarterly Dividend; 5% Yield

Spark Energy (NASDAQ: SPKE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3625 per share, or $1.45 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
