Moelis & Company (MC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.6% to $0.37; 4.2% Yield

Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized. This is a 15.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32. The dividend will be payable on March 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 1, 2017. The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
The Firm declared its fourth increase in its quarterly dividend since going public based on expected fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016 revenues in the range of approximately $196 million to $200 million and fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 revenues in the range of approximately $605 million to $609 million.

Our ability to return meaningful cash back to our investors is a result of the strength of this model and our commitment to shareholders. Including the dividend announced today, we will have returned $6.06 per share to investors since our IPO,” said Ken Moelis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moelis & Company.
