Ingles Markets (NASDAQ: IMKTA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on all its Class B Common Stock, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 12, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 6, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of January 4, 2017.
