Guaranty Federal Bancshares (GFED) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.10; 2.1% Yield

Guaranty Federal Bancshares (NASDAQ: GFED) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
