Boston Properties (BXP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.4% to $0.75; 2.4% Yield

Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.65.

The dividend will be payable on January 30, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
