The Andersons (NASDAQ: ANDE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $.155.

The dividend will be payable on January 24, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2016.
