CubeSmart (CUBE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 28.6% to $0.27; 4.3% Yield

CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is a 28.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.

The dividend will be payable on January 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
