Saul Centers (BFS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.5% to $0.51; 3.1% Yield

Saul Centers (NYSE: BFS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized. This is an 8.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.47.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 17, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of January 12, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
