Mid-America Apartment (MAA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.1% to $0.87; 3.8% Yield

Mid-America Apartment (NYSE: MAA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.87 per share, or $3.48 annualized. This is a 6.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.82.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 13, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of January 11, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
