W. P. Carey (WPC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 0.5% to $0.99; 6.7% Yield

W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.99 per share, or $3.96 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.985.

The dividend will be payable on January 13, 2017, to stockholders of record on December 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
