Independence Holding (NYSE: IHC) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.12 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.045.

The dividend will be payable on January 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of December 28, 2016.
