Synacor (NASDAQ: SYNC) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.11), $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.19). Revenue for the quarter came in at $31.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $30.69 million.

GUIDANCE:

Synacor sees Q4 2016 revenue of $34-38 million, versus the consensus of $40.9 million.

Synacor sees FY2016 revenue of $126-130 million, versus the consensus of $132.3 million.
