Assurant (AIZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6% to $0.53; 2.6% Yield

Assurant (NYSE: AIZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on November 28, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of November 23, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
