Synergy Resources (NYSE: SYRG) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.10), $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.53 million.

EPS includes a full cost ceiling impairment charge of $25.5 million or $(0.13) per diluted share
