Ultimate Software Group (NASDAQ: ULTI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.78, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $197 million versus the consensus estimate of $196.94 million.

GUIDANCE:

Ultimate Software Group sees Q4 2016 revenue of $210 million, versus the consensus of $209.22 million.
