CoreSite Realty (COR) Misses Q3 FFO by 1c; Boosts FY16 FFO Outlook

CoreSite Realty (NYSE: COR) reported Q3 FFO of $0.90, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $101.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $102.85 million.

GUIDANCE:

CoreSite Realty sees FY2016 FFO of $3.61-$3.65, versus prior guidance of $3.56-$3.64 and the consensus of $3.62.
